Is there any cost to join?
No. Joining is free. You only pay a small commission if you convert a lead we introduced.
How do commissions work?
When you invoice the customer for work won from a CX Connect lead, send us a copy. We then invoice you for the applicable commission. The Supplier Agreement sets out the rates, tiers and timing.
What are your payment terms?
We add 15 days on top of the terms you have with your customer before our commission is due. It gives you breathing room on cash flow.
Can we use our existing partner or referral agreement?
Often yes. If your standard model is clean and gets us there faster, we will consider using it. If the terms do not work, we will use our standard Supplier Agreement.
What makes your leads different?
